Lug Nutz Tire and Auto Service

Took my car here for its inspection and emissions testing. I know how strict the inspecition can be, so I prepared ahead of time, new wipers, tires, etc. I was told I had an oil leak, and that where ever I got my last oil change they either didnt put on a new crush washer or they just didn't put the old one back. They were asking me to pay $70 for them to do an oil change, which I was not about to do when I had the oil changed the day prior for much cheaper (you can get full synthetic oil change at Walmart for about $45). I took my car straight from here to Walmart and asked them to take a look and told them what this shop had told me. I've used the Lug Nutz for many years now and Brian and his crew have always been fair, honest, and provide quality work. I had a large screw stuck in my tire, loosing air, with freezing weather. Go elsewhere!!! Made an appointment to get tires taken off and I had new tires to get put on and I also wanted an alignment. Called and warned them of the tire size that they were 35s coming off and 33s going on and to make sure it was ok, Luke assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Dropped my truck off the night before to be done by the time I got off work, I got home at 4 o’clock and still haven’t heard anything from them and knew they closed at 5 so I rode down. My truck was in the garage with 1 rear wheel off no tires changed yet. I went in and Luke said “oh my it’s been a disaster they been working on it since noon” 4 hours to take off 1 wheel… little hard to believe lol I asked if they at least got alignment done…“No you are going to have to take it to a truck place it didn’t look like
