Lupo's Auto Repair & Towing

2nd try at using this company. Both times they told me yea and had me waiting for at least an hr or longer just to call me back and tell me they wouldnt help me. Not friendly about it either. Chris used to be a decent guy doing hookups for illegally parked cars from the burg. I was on side of highway in a major snow storm with 2 kids ....one child is type 1 diabetic and we werent in any area where we could walk, use the bathroom, or get warm. or get out in the -6° freezing cold. After the 1.5 hr wait they said oh.. we cant help you and then stopped responding. The inside windows were ice at that point and plows were whizzing past and my hazards started to die to a dull blinking. I was scared and my phone was dying. My advice...... Go somewhere else!! I used Lupo's towing last Monday. I did a Google search and Lupo's came up. I called and they answered right away. They dispatched a flatbed to my location. Mike arrived in 20 minutes, amazing. Mike was super friendly and professional. He towed me to NJ with no problem. Thank you, it was a great experience.
