Lutz's "Simply Clean" Touch Free Car Wash

Tried this car wash not once, but twice, today. Once in each bay. Both times the car wash sprayed one round of soap and then just…stopped. Didn’t rinse, didn’t do anything other than direct us forward to the drying bay. The driers never kicked on and both times we left with soap all over the car.

I love a completely touchless car wash. Delta Sonic seemed like a great idea and deal at the time, but unfortunately going there ruined my previous vehicle's paint. The monthly cost doubled since I originally signed up, I just couldn't do it anymore. Lutz's has been fantastic. No lines, no waiting, no hassle, no scratches.

I am unable to clean our vehicles at our residence. I feel that the Lutz’s auto wash does a great job. I have purchased the prepaid washes through the app- just be aware of a “app fee”. I did not see any info of this fee prior to several purchases. Yes, this may sway me using the prepaid option in the future.

I was really excited to go here after reading the reviews and while the front of my car is beautiful, the sides of my car have a strange white streaking that makes it look unclean… i don’t know why it’s there but before the car wash I didn’t have the streaking or the white residue

20 minutes out of my way to come try the wash, worth it. Car people will understand that we all want truly touch-free washes and this is exceptional. I had hard water spots all over my car from driving in the rain and letting them bake in the sun and they came right off. The 70 second timer for the dryer is unheard of at other washes and is perfect. $14 well spent.
