I’ve been coming to love car wash since I moved to the area and I’ve been dealing with an incredible set of twins. Chloe and Carly. The employees here genuinely go the extra mile. Karlie and Chloe are always so friendly and helpful they greet you with a smile, guide you through the process, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell the staff actually cares about the quality of the wash. The service is quick, the wash is thorough and the whole experience feels welcoming. Highly recommend!

Love this car wash! I love how attendants come around when you’re cleaning the inside of your car out and offer to power wash your weather mats, or help you clean the windows etc. the new air pump jawns are the greatest for getting dust and stuff out from little cracks and crevices. I met the manger today, Marshall, he was very personable, extremely professional, and super helpful. They always have great deals going on, like $20 for the ultimate wash, unlimited washes, for a month. Amazing customer service combined with a phenomenal price point really makes luv the best car wash in the kop area!

I want to echo the sentiments of other reviewers here. Unfortunately a standard car wash was unable to even remove a cursory amount of dirt from the side and rear panels of the car. This is not a misleading review as the expectation for even a standard wash should be that surface-level debris/dirt should be removed with the need to inspect the car after the wash and then ask for a re-wash. As a result, I had to wipe off the dirt with my own towels and water and have included a couple of the rags to evidence the dirt left on the car. I was excited to check this place out, but disappointed in the result. I hope Susquehanna Private Capital & management team evaluates their approach to the care they provide to their customers’ cars and use this as valued and critical feedback going forward.

Stopped in for a quick wash with undercarriage (because of salt). Nice dude stopped out and chatted. The folks here seem great, so obvs i have no issue with that. Didn't want the monthly subscription. Had to get a wash quick and take off (air dry). Got to my jobsite... and it seems the rear of the car is not great. Also, in the tunnel, one of the rinsers was VERY strong and not "moving" across the car... very loud, very direct spray. Looks like Luv may have some equipment issues. Anyway. Fix some things and maybe I'll be back. I mean ... so many brushes... and they didn't get the back of the car?
