LUV Car Wash - W College Ave

I’ve been to 4 different LUV carwash locations in the greater Santa Rosa area, and each one has been fantastic! The quality of the wash is always excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I pay for a monthly membership, and it’s totally worth the coat, especially for unlimited washes each month! An easy and wise investment for my ride. 😁👍

Absolutely awesome experience. I used to be a splash car wash fan. But LUV has really stepped it up. Adding in glass cleaner, and the little hand blowers. Each vacuum works so well and sucks very strongly. Highly recommend! Also reasonably priced and everyone is nice there :)

This place does not even deserve a 1 star rating. I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash, even signing up for their membership. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when my Honda Civic Hatchback’s lower bumper lip sustained damage. I promptly reported the incident to the car wash staff. They checked the security camera footage and found that my car was in perfect condition before I entered the wash. They took pictures of the damage and filed a claim on my behalf. Surprisingly, less than 24 hours later, I received an email from Noelle Calderon, the Customer Experience Manager. The only problem I have is that the car scent smells like a bathroom urinal scene tablets. they should be a general new car scents. the rest of my experience has been Awesome I have two cars that I bring in and have been a member for a few years. I enjoy having the microfiber Towels next to the vacuums so you can wipe down your car and rims would just enjoy a better scent.

Best place to get a car wash and have your monthly membership, very nice and kind workers. Simply the best!!
