We rented a fully loaded Sprinter van. Sofia, the business owner, provided an excellent package for a 9-day trip to national parks during the spring break. We had four adults and three kids and did 2,300 miles. Driving was easy and pleasant, and parking turned out to be easy, too. Kids were entertained with Wi-Fi and onboard entertainment options and never complained, even on long trips. I would rent this van again without a second thought.
Amazing car amazing service, very flexible people. Super responsible stuff and amazing clean cars. At least double low prices for better cars than turo or any other online platform . Will definitely use them again.
I used Luxe for my son's birthday Party. The process was super smooth, and their customer service was fantastic. The pickup and drop was easy and the sprinter van was perfect! They even decorated the interior for my son! I 100% recommend this rental company for your next event!
My experience with Luxe is chef’s kiss fantastic!!! Looking for a high capacity van for my wedding and this blew the similar companies offering the same services out of the water. Communication was stellar from start to finish with all my questions not only being answered but answered promptly and thoroughly. Very detailed. Sofia was amazing and absolutely made the entire experience as easy and efficient as possible. I cannot express enough how great Sofia was with being on top of communication and providing pinnacle customer service. I never felt like just another customer.
