I would not recommend this dealership based on my recent experience. It took over 3 months after trading in my vehicle for them to finally pay off the loan, even though they had already sold our trade-in. Every week I was told it would be taken care of “soon,” but nothing ever happened until I started calling every day and demanding proof that the payoff had been made. The customer service was terrible. Each time I tried to explain my frustration, I was interrupted and cut off with quick “sorrys” instead of anyone actually listening or helping. I even mentioned that I had to keep making my car payments to protect my credit, and asked if they could do anything about the extra interest I had to pay due to their delay but no one ever followed up or took responsibility. I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-250 Limited from Luxury Motor Car LLC on August 8, 2025. During the sales process, the tires were discussed and I was told they had some wear but were safe to drive home on. Within just one trip home (about 5 hours), three out of four tires suffered catastrophic tread separation/ballooning. I had to fight the steering wheel the entire drive and narrowly avoided serious accidents. This was not normal wear it was unsafe. I immediately contacted my salesman when I got home. At first I offered to split the cost of new tires in good faith, but since then I’ve been completely ignored. No follow-up, no accountability, no customer service whatsoever. I can't express how impressed I was with the group at Luxury. We had been looking into getting a newer traverse and saw they had one in stock. Being a new dealership, I was skeptical, but I reached out, and I'm glad I did. I spoke with Omar over the phone, as we live 3.5 hours away, and he was more than willing to answer any questions I had about the car. It was Friday, the 22nd of December, right before everyone was taking off for the holiday. Due to our situation, we couldn't make it to topeka until almost 8 that night. Omar and his manager "Memo" kindly came back to work just for us to look at the car! The car had a few minor flaws, and with no questions asked, they were more than willing to fix every one of them. Absolutely stunned at the efficiency, amazing customer service we recieved & how easy the process was to navigate. There was no pressure only informed decisions to go on. Jesus went above and beyond to make sure we was taken care of by one of his best guys Omar who provided my daughter(who also purchased from Luxury during the same time) and I with straight forward information, very professional and kind, and immense support that allowed us to feel good and relaxed about our decisions and not tricked into a deal like most car dealerships . The process literally was within a couple of hours, not all day like other dealers will have you do to pressure, NO with Omar he made sure he respected our time and trust in him, that kind of service is RARE!
