This garage 10/10* super friendly reception,very honest and trustworthy!! I went in for issues with wheel hub,backing plate and bearings. Not only did they show me under my car and the issues. They explained what was going on. The mechanics,the owner and the receptionist were top tier!!! Finding a good garage with honest people is very rare these days. I wish I found them sooner. Highly recommend!!! Thank you all for the AAA+ SERVICE!

I was lied to and charged $165.35 for an unnecessary four-wheel alignment. I took my vehicle to Luzerne Tire for an alignment because I suspected abnormal tire wear. However, the issue was not my wheel alignment; rather, it was normal wear on my factory original tires, which have 37,950 miles on them. The saleswoman told me that my alignment was "very bad" and needed adjustment. However, the computer printout shows that the measurements are within the normal range and no adjustments are needed. Luzerne Tire proceeded to change the alignment anyway, and the result is measurements that are further out of range. Luzerne Tire should have called me and explained to me that my alignment was good and no work was needed. I will never take my vehicle to Luzerne Tire again.

The owners are so friendly, my first time there and I felt comfortable. The secretary or owner kept me updated with what was going on. I was there for a oil change and inspection on my Toyota 4 Runner, the price was inexpensive. I would definitely go there again if needed help, highly recommend. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite me showing up with no appointment on the eve of the holiday, they were quick to accommodate me. Work was top quality, shop was very clean. Would recommend.
