Lynch GM Superstore Service

Daniel was our service adviser at Lynch Superstore in Burlington, WI. Our entire experience, from check in until pick up after repair was very personable as well as professional. The issue was quickly diagnosed (Failing Catalytic Convertor) and explained to us as well as the possible causes and remedies. Parts were ordered and the cat replacement was scheduled and completed in a very short window of time. We are very satisfied with our experience with the Lynch family of dealerships.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival to the service department by Alfredo. Alfredo was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and explained the procedure for my trucks service/repair thoroughly. When the work was completed (I waited at the dealership) I was updated by Tanner, who was also courteous and professional, on the next steps to complete my trucks repair (parts were ordered). I must say that I am so happy that I decided to buy my new truck from Lynch nearly a year ago and that the experience has been great starting with sales rep Isaac and continuing with your service department team members Alfredo and Tanner. I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The technician damaged my running boards, and the dealer has to replace them. I now have to take time off work and sit there while they are replaced.

I really hope this place is better than their west bend location! They couldn’t even hook a scanner up to test a torque converter. Or they chose not to because they knew and would rather I lose 30k than them spend a couple thousand to fix it.

This is my 3rd car purchase through Lynch here in Burlington. I have had awesome partners I call them each time, not salesman. This time my guy Graham helped me out in purchasing my brand new Chevy equinox. They had a brand new Equinox just arrive from their Kenosha store for me! Was cool to see Graham make that happen just for me. Definitely always be back.
