Maaco has been absolutely amazing! I had to take my vehicle to them due to some drunk idiot hitting my car, and I don’t regret bringing it to them. They were quick to order the parts, and when one part was taking too long to be delivered, they got right on it and ended up getting one within a few days. Once the parts came in they were so fast getting the new parts on, prepped, and painted. They weren’t able to match the paint, so we were able to work out a deal to get the rest of my car painted to match the paint on the new parts! And let me tell you, the paint job was great! The paint was even, minimal orange peel texture, and the clear coat is immaculate. Friday 11/7/25 4pm went to drop off my truck to have it painted, after stripping the truck of all lights, mirrors, grill, bumpers and roof rack but Macco doors were locked so I left it in the parking lot until Monday. Monday morning I went back to check the vehicle in and was told by Donald Perkins that they love customers like me that strip the vehicle down. That may have been the only time he was giving good customer service. He told me that they would have to strip the paint from the roof out the truck down to metal and prime it for paint because the clear coat was coming off and you would see it thru the new paint and that would be an additional $390, I said ok. I was told the truck would be ready Wednesday but did not hear anything from them. I called Thursday to check on it and was t

Not pleased with the Quality of work, only getting work done on the hood (rust spots)and 1 spot on fender panel Had to take it back 3 times to get it done correctly. 4 trips in total. One hour for round trip. Each time we were told everything was good to go according to the manager, not true. Payment method was not explained. No personal checks, 3.5 interest on credit cards which is another 35-40 dollars added to the bill. All in all its a crap shoot, you are at the mercy of them.

Jeremiah and others were so friendly. Painted whole vehicle. A few minor issues. The biggest issue was the estimate of time. I was told 3 days and noone was ahead of me when I dropped it off on Monday. I didn't get a call until Friday morning. And they didn't get to my headlight restoration. I have to take it back. But it looks so much better. Happy overall.

Service was amazing! The manager was sweet & I got my car back quick than I thought! Would recommend this definitely
