I want to recommend Maaco's car paint shop to anyone looking for car painting services. I had a very good experience with Maaco. I have an old Toyota Rav4, almost 20 years old, and the paint is peeling almost completely. I didn't want to throw it away because I've used it for so long, so I tried to find a car paint shop for two months. Every shop I contacted quoted an inflated price. I understand that everything is more expensive these days, but then I found the Maaco branch in Van Nuys. Many of the shops I spoke to before sarcastically said, "If you want a cheap, 'Mickey Mouse' paint job, go to Maaco." But when I actually went there, they offered a very good price. This MAACO in Van Nuys does very good quality body work. They replaced a headlight lens in a quick time just like I needed. Jay is the very best at customer service and satisfaction and helped me out tremendously and handled my indecisiveness like a champ 🏆 she’s awesomely amazing at what she does there and deserves a quadruple raise if you’re reading, corporate! 10 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I worked with Jay on getting a new coat of paint on my car and she was absolutely awesome. She walked me thru the entire process and provided excellent customer service. MAACO helped breath life into an old car and kept my costs low. If I ever get another car painted it would be with Jay and MAACO.

I had been wanting to get the scratches and dings out plus a paint refresh I just wasn’t sure if I could swing it financially at the moment. I was recommended here by a trusted friend and I walked in and Karina took great care of me at the Van Nuys location. She’s very nice, no fluff or over selling which I appreciate. I’m a straight shooter sales guy, I’m either doing it all or not at all kind of customer. She was very knowledgeable and good at managing your expectations of the process. We settled on a price, they had a sale going on and I committed to the premium package. It took about 4 days to get it done, I got a cheap rental. I had a great experience with Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting. They did an excellent paint job on my 2011 Honda Pilot, and the results look seamless and high quality. Karina and Jay were especially helpful throughout the process, taking the time to guide me in choosing the right paint and making sure I was comfortable with every decision.
