This gentleman came into my shop in Baltimore to deliver a customer's vehicle from Delaware. He was such a joy and pleasure to deal with. Sometimes tow drivers come in and barely say a word except where do you want this car and a very short and gruff. This gentleman was so very nice. Had a smile on his face, pep in his step and was very understanding of the customer's situation. I would recommend him 1000 times over! Btw- GO RAVENS!

While parked near Smyrna, my work truck decided it was the perfect time to get bogged down in some seriously soft mud. I was in a bind and needed help fast. I called Mac's Towing, and to my relief, he was there in less than an hour. Mac himself came out, and from the moment he stepped out of his truck, I knew I was in good hands. He took a quick but thorough look at the situation, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. With a friendly smile and some reassuring words, he got to work. It wasn't long before he had my truck out of the mud and back on solid ground.What really stood out was Mac's attitude. Wonderful experience during a difficult time! Long story short the place where my car was ended up being locked and Mac's towing was very flexible and came back out even though it was my mess up. No extra charge just a smile and fast, nice service! Highly recommend.
