I described the bazaar behavior my Denali was making with the fan running after I turned the motor off! Austin quickly diagnosed it and had it ready to go in a couple of hours. He called me ahead of time to let me know what it was going to cost. They are by far the best in town! Honest as a day is long!

I can’t say enough good things about Madden Auto Repair. They have worked on all three of our vehicles and have always gone above and beyond to get us in as quickly as possible. On several occasions, I’ve come home from out of town with unexpected car troubles, and every time depending on the time, they’ve told me to bring my vehicle in that day or first thing the next morning. Their team is incredibly accommodating, honest, and their prices are always reasonable. It’s such a relief to have a repair shop we can trust—Madden Auto Repair truly stands out for their excellent service and integrity. Highly recommend!

We took my son’s truck in to have the turbo and coolant leak repaired. After spending $800, we got the truck back only to find it was still making the same noise and losing even more coolant than before. When we called and scheduled to bring it back in, we were told this was now a "new problem" and that the original repair cost would not be refunded—despite nothing being resolved from the first visit. The owner was very rude and dismissive, and we’re now forced to spend even more money elsewhere to finally get the issue fixed. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability.
