Not satisfied at all! Got charged to take front of motor apart to inspect timing chain on my 2014 Infiniti QX 80, lifted the hood upon pick up no fingerprints, no scars ontop of bolts, no fresh silicone applied, never touched under the hood at all, Salesman Jermey has no knowledge of mechanics, wanted 12,000.00 to replace a timing chain, 12,500.00 to replace motor...total scam.....run away fast! Not a mechanic shop, part changers no mechanical skill...none of them can prove me wrong try me...I got the pictures

I just wanna take the time to let the guys know how much I appreciate them. Today is Tuesday,and I broke down.I called Madison Motorworksto see if they could do the job,my stater went out. Although they specialize in foreign cars,they said they could. Long story short, they are going to do the work. They have been nothing but super friendly, my car will be fixed tomorrow and life is good. If you want your car fixed, I highly recommend them,fast friendly service, dependable work with a warranty and just good people to do business with,make it Madison Motorworks. You will not be sorry.

I recommend anyone here due to service, communication and most importantly An overall welcoming and supportive experience and environment. ALL WORKERS are over the top and beyond helpful as well as they LOVE what they do and are very professional with how they do it. It is ALWAYS a good in and out experience and I hope they NEVER leave their positions . Great team, great work and great performance.
