Always professional, always friendly. They showed me everything I might need done on my van, and came in right on estimate. I thought it would take forever, but it took only 1 or 2 hours. At no time, was it a painful or stressful process. They truly eased my mind, but didn't sugarcoat anything. A wheel bearing that was extremely bad is nothing to take lightly. Thanks folks. You are awesome in my book, and I would use you time after time.

I am deleting the 5 star, and changing this to a 1 star today. I used to come here very often. Sent many referrals here as well. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars here. But now all I have are problems with no apologies, and no friendliness.. I have had to send vehicles back to them with the same issues, or they won't mention any other issues that are completely obvious, so it has to go right back to them, or to other shops because they don't know how to diagnose properly (or care), nor do they do test drives on vehicles. All you guys do is throw parts at them and park them! And for how much the labor rate is, no thank you. My friend (who I referred) also was up there and had to bring his vehicle back 3 TIMES (and he lives 45 minutes away) and paid over $700. And again, no apologies, just "bring

Honest, fair pricing, communicative, & great work! So far had both our vehicles serviced with them. Oil change, new tires, & brakes. Happy to find a great quality mechanic shop that is not a corporate chain. Will definitely use again and recommend to all family and friends.

Took about a week for me to get in to have my car looked at but was worth the wait. This company and employees give it to you straight. Took my car in for suspension issue. They diagnosed pretty quickly and even looked up and found that this issue was covered under an extended warranty from the manufacturer so hopefully will not cost much to repair. The fact that these guys didn’t rake me over the coals and even looked up the issue, is the customer service you would hope to receive anywhere. Highly recommend and will tell everyone about you guys! Thanks for being decent humans in this crazy world!
