By far one of the best buying experiences ever! The camper I bought was exactly what I was looking for, very well maintained and serviced and very reasonably priced. The buying process was straight forward and quick. I financed through them and that too was quick and easy! I work many hours so it's always a challenge for to do/buy things like this and have more than once walked away from a purchase or service due to businesses unwilling to work we me but here at Roughin' It that was not the case as they were very accommodating in every way! Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful! Eager to answer questions and help in any way they can. Everybody I spoke with was very easy and a pleasure to talk to!!! I am looking forward to dealing with them again! And you should too!!

Ashley and Phil were fantastic to work with. No high pressure sales tactics here. Both were very knowledgeable about all the recreational vehicles and they have a ton to choose from! We purchased a 36ft Zinger and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Highly recommend!

Don't buy the extended warranty they try to upsale to you. I paid 5k extra so my wife would have piece of mind if something broke while I was deployed. 1 week after buying the camper while crossing the country in the winter the generator quit working and the warranty was useless. I ended up just fixing my self and being out of pocket another $700. Then while crossing the country after letting my truck idle at night so we would have heat an injector on the truck stuck open and melted a piston in my truck. Tried to use the roadside assistance tow package, zero help, out of pocket another $2,100 for tows. A little later we discovered that the tank level indicating system wasn't working and we just lived with it for a few months until the refrigerator quit working. Tried to use the warranty ag

Had a great time purchasing our first Camper. First off they close at 4pm on Sat and we showed up at 3:56. They educated and helped us pick between 5 different units until we landed on the Mesa Ridge. Financing was easy and we are already planning our first trip. Highly recommend Roughin it RV and Camper. Yea, we had a glamping party in our Driveway tonight. Kids insisted.
