They helped her clean out her car and made an overwhelming situation so much easier and less stressful for her. Chris was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was 100% — clear, timely, and reassuring every step of the way. It’s rare to find a business that combines professionalism with genuine care, and Maggs Auto Body truly does. Everyone there were absolute gentlemen, incredibly informative, and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend them!

All around a 5 star establishment from beginning to end. They will take care of your car as if it were they own car, flawless repair and communication. These guys are the real deal, never even had to speak to my insurance company, they took care of the claim and got me into a rental. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE, car was towed due to it being parking in front a a driveway . Chris the manager who acted as the owner refused to relay my car when showed proof & lied and said Norwalk PD had a hold on my vehicle . when cops were called he was told that was not true , he refused to tow my car back home even after I gave him the title with my name on it and insisted he speak to my LEAN HOLDER ABOUT MY LOAN CONTRACT ! I returned the next day with police to retrieve my vehicle where he then refused to tow it because he was upset , he raised the price after saying that he would hold said agreed total bc he was waiting on paperwork , when I told him I had the agreement in paper they he wrong and recorded he proceeded to say he does not care. this man Chris is unprofessional
