Magic Kleen Car Wash

Got the highest tier car wash and discovered a unique car wash experience: a shower with minimal soap. Not expensive but definitely not an effective carwash. Initially, I thought a drive through automated car wash would be hard to screw up. I was wrong.

THE OWNERS, GREG AND ELI, REVIEWED THE VIDEO AND STATED THAT THEY WOULD COVER THE DAMAGE REPAIRS. GREG & ELI ARE SCREENING OUR PHONE CALLS ONCE WE GOT THE MIRROR FIXED. I'm not sure why all the lousy reviews. I did the $10 version. Worked like a champ, pleased given the rest of the reviews. And no, I don't work there, nor does anyone else.

I frequent this car wash as it is one of my preferred car washes. However, I went this morning to get my car cleaned and selected the type of wash I wanted, and paid for it. And you guessed it, nothing happened, no lights, no noise, NOTHING! which is similar to the response I have received when contacting the phone number associated with the business. I left a voicemail and have yet to receive a callback as I am requesting a refund or a voucher for my car was I paid for. There wasn't a sign saying not in service, broken, or closed. Please go somewhere else!

At 7pm on 7 Jan 2024 It says open, I paid cash into the machine and selected my wash it said thanks for your payment. The light said to enter, but nothing happened. Not the first time I have been scammed by this car wash. Don't know why I bothered.
