When I was traveling from out of town, I noticed my car was making a weird sound and so I called to see if they could do I quick check to see what it was to make sure I got home safely. They were super nice on the phone and said I could come by and they would check it out for me so I brought my car over and was attended to almost immediately. The worker that helped me came out and told me what was wrong with my car right away and assured me that it was just the heat shield being a bit lose and nothing serious, but then offered to take it into the shop quick to put some washers on it to make the sound stop. I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday without an appointment. I called Monday morning to tell them what needed to be looked at. Before they looked at the vehicle, they were making it sound like they were not interested in working on it. However, they did not tell me that. They also did not give me an estimated date that they could look at it. That Friday, they call me to tell me that they cannot work on it because the exhaust is not in the car. They also tried to tell me that the exhaust cannot be installed without removing the rear transmission mount, which is incorrect. I attempted to install the front Y-pipe that I purchased from Walker, but it did not line up properly. This is why I consulted them. I received mixed information about what their policies are. Every time I have gone there to have any work done, they have been very honest and explanatory. Very good work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They provide free inspection which is really good. It's easy to get their appointment.
