Magic Shine Auto Detailing

Very bad experience. They told me they would fix the scratches on my car, but not only did they NOT fix any of them, there were even new scratches that were not there before. They also did not remove the old edge tints like we agreed, and in some areas the car was left dirty after the work. When I contact back to address the issue, the owner told me “don’t come back.” This shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. I paid for a proper service and received my car in worse condition than before.They just polish the car and that’s it…I paid 1000$ in total for such a garbage job… I could pay at diferent location to do 250$ for the polishing and 200$ for the tints…But I chose to give them a try…Also they lie me ..They didn’t even change the panoramic

I got Ceramic tints, headlight restoration + a vip car wash wash & engine bay wash. They delivered and got my car looking brand new. They did a great job no complaints friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back.

3 Stars - Mixed Experience I recently had my vehicle tinted and detailed and I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. Let's start with the positives: The tints were ode tough – a solid 5/5. No complaints at all. The customer service was also very good; they were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent consultation before the service. And I have to say, the engine bay wash and VIP exterior wash were both valid. They also did a great job eliminating the lingering cigarette smell from the previous owner, which was a major concern for me. However, I was extremely disappointed with the interior detailing, which was the main reason I brought my car in. Top tier window tints. Zero contamination. Free car wash included is easily worth a $50 value. Josh and his team are professionals and know what they’re doing. Ill be back with my other cars soon.

The experience with magic shine was a 10/10 experience. I am very picky on who I let touch my car and I’m happy to say magic shine went above and beyond with the work they done to my car. They made sure it was 110% done right the first time. For me it was super hard to find a place to detail my vehicles and I’m happy to say magic shine is my new home. Thank you again for everything and they will definitely be seeing me in the future! If you care about your vehicle magic shine is the way to go!
