If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a catalytic converter for my car and installed it. The part ended up cracking a weld after a couple of months and when I tried to make a warranty claim they were rude and unhelpful. They give a warranty card to mail in when you purchase a part, this was filled out and mailed in. Somehow they want proof I purchased a part from them and want me to provide an invoice for the installation. They are absolutely useless and do not care about you once they have your money. Don’t buy their trash, this is my last purchase from this garbage company run by useless morons.

I bought the magnaflow 16601 exhaust system for my Audi a4 in 2018. There is less than 5000 miles on the exhaust system and the weld seams on both mufflers have cracked.

I purchased a Magnaflow catalytic converter from a 3rd party and it was to be dropped shipped from Magnaflow in California. Five days later... have not seen any notification of shipping. I emailed the dealer asking what the status was. NOW... a half hour after the email was sent, I got a call from Robert of Magnaflow Customer Service. There had been a glitch in the electronic order processing from the dealer. Robert sincerely apologized, (even though I'm not convinced it was their fault), and immediately shipped my catalytic converter OVERNIGHT! THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Magnaflow takes responsibility to make sure their customers are satisfied even at extra cost to themselves! I will now go to Magnaflow with any of my needs!

I ordered a $500+ magnaflow direct fit cat for a bmw from one of your distributors, waited several weeks for it to be manufactured, installed it, and found you didn't completely weld the flange so it had an exhaust leak. I was told I could either take it to have it welded and they would reimburse me or I could take the whole thing off and return it to magnaflow for you to try again. I had it fixed and submitted the invoice for payment and was told that only 2/3rds of it would be covered and nothing more. I patiently waited weeks for the company I purchased it from to try to get magnaflow to make it right, but ultimately I was told they were unwilling to do what they said they would do for me. Really, guys? A company your size that made a simple mistake during manufacturing and Q.C. is goi
