I recently had brought my Kia Sportage here to have my check engine light and wheel sensor work. I typically take my vehicle to my dealership, but I'm new to the area, so I was weary about going to the Kia dealerships in the area because the reviews were concerning (sorry if you're reading this!). I've had family that has been going here for over 10 years now, and they have numerous nice vehicles of different makes and models, so if it was good enough for them, then this was definitely worth my first try in the area. On a road trip with a passenger van full of kids, we had a flashing check engine light. Engine misfire. In a rural spot NW of Houston, we had to turn around and find an AutoZone to get the code read and see if it was safe to drive home. The code said cylinder 4 was misfiring and a spark plug needed replacing. It was 6:30p and all the shops were closed. I peeked behind Magnolia West auto shop and saw a few guys in a garage and asked if they could please help..they generously did! And the best news is that it didn't need a new spark plug, and the humidity had just caused a very dirty coil. They cleaned it and lubed it and we are now on our way. They would not accept money and we are so thankful they were so nice and honest. God bless you!
