Over charging people they over charged me a $100 saying truck was there longer then it was God don't like ugly rember that next time you think of taking advantage of people
I’ve always expected to be out of a vehicle for at least 2 weeks if they had it, this time I had to wait 3 so they could celebrate a birthday. They took my car to a transmission shop and gave them no information on it so it sat there for another half week before I called them myself. Awful customer service, they are always at home and not their shop when you call them and they will leave you hanging as long as you let them!
