The worst customer service ever! Lou doesn’t even have the courtesy of making eye contact. He’s rude and dismissive. He’s a bully and I’ve heard he’s worked there for a long time! Why has he not been fired? And when I asked around in the neighborhood, everyone says”you’re not the first person to say that”. What is wrong with Ford for keeping this guy?!
Great customer service. The salesman in the parts department is professional and excellent attitude.
