Main Line Mechanics

SCAMMERS!!! We had a very bad experience with Main Line Mechanics regarding an SCR issue on our truck. From the very beginning, I was clear about the problem and specifically asked if they were able to perform an SCR test. Cory assured me they could and told us to bring the truck in. Once the truck was at their shop, they connected their computer and then told us they could not determine where the issue was coming from and that they did not have the proper software to perform an SCR test or even a forced regen. Despite this, Cory advised us to start replacing parts, beginning with a NOx sensor. We were given an estimate of around $1,160 (parts and labor), which we approved. Responded very quickly to us when we broke down in Yellowstone park . Was there in an hour and had us back on the road in 20 minutes . I will be using Mainline Mechanics whenever I need mechanic work from now on .
