Rolando was extremely help and one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. He made this vehicle purchase the easiest I have ever had! In and out in under 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles he has and does not give you the usual salesman run around. I usually only buy from big name brand dealerships but he had a truck that was an diamond in the rough that could not be passed up. He was better than any salesman I have ever dealt with at a big name brand dealership!!! I definitely recommend him to any one looking for a vehicle. He will straight shoot you and not try to get over on you! Five stars only because google won't let me give him 10!!!!

I spoke with Rolando prior to my arrival and he stated he would have my car pulled upfront for my test drive. Sure enough, my chariot was awaiting my arrival at the front door. I walked in and was met with smiles and a blissful aroma coming from a scented candle. I knew I was going to have a great experience! I spent a little over an hour with Rolando for my purchase. Went to Main Street Autoplex to check out a truck they had listed online on behalf my husband First red flag was we where told there would be a soft pull on the credit check until we finalize any purchase, not even twenty minutes later he was notified that a hard credit pull was reported and his score was dropped 9 points ( just principal on the matter) Was told the price was firm because of the amount of "reconditioning" they did to the truck however Roland -the sales manager- stated both the alternator and the AC compressor just replaced by them and are new. You can tell both parts where heavily oxidated and weren't new at all. When we went to go start the paperwork for said truck all of the sudden APR wasn't the amount he first said. They wanted two thousand more down then originally a

Great customer service. I was able to test drive the car by myself before i made the purchase. Transaction was quick and efficient. Ive had my car past 30 days has no issues and received my plates/sticker in 3 weeks. Plan on buying my next cash car here. Highly recommend with rates being so high this was a great way to put cash back in my pocket. Car was 1 owner and low mileage under 6k cant find that anywhere these days.
