2 stars for the customer service. They were nice and got me in quickly. However.... I have a 2013 challenger and the alternator went out. I brought them a new one and they installed it. About 2 weeks ago I had to put my car in the dealership for maintenance repairs and they told me the alternator was rattling. I assumed it was a bad bearing in the pulley. So I got a new one today and went to replace it... turns out the alternator was working fine. The rattle was from the shop forgetting to put the bottom bolt in. So over the last few months, it worked lose and rattled. I travel for work and I put about 3,000 miles in my car since then. Imagine what could have happened in that time. Thankfully none of the bolt holes were stripped and it's now fixed. I don't necessarily recommend staying

I picked up a 94 truck from this man. They specifically said ain't nothing wrong with it, it's old but it'll last at least a year or 2. I get it home. MULTIPLE things my boyfriend had to fix on it, and low and behold, it wasn't staying on longer then maybe 20-25miles. Had these people come up here, tell me they'd look into it and fix it if something was wrong, and if it started having any problems again they'd make it right. Well, they brought it back, hasn't started since they brought it back. Now they're here to tow it as I am not gonna throw money into a vehicle that does not work, and no money back, they said they'd look into another vehicle to put me in but fool me once shame on you fool me twice...absolutely not. I just want others to make sure they do not get swindled for an $800 do
