Jerry was amazing. Came out after hours to help me buy a car for grand daughter.we actually felt like talking to a family member. He was so nice and helpful. Great price on car. No bs or hidden problems with car.Straight forward and on the up and up..will definitely go back for more autos and for all my auto repairs.
had my car for 2 months got it back in worse condition than i dropped it off in, liftgate doesnt close, third brake light cracked, bumper grill pushed in, massive pits in the paint all over, plastic trim around fenders are coming off because he broke the tabs putting it back on, the chrome piece around the headlights are cracked the rear wiper blade falls down and wipes downward, the rear defrost no longer works, and much more, and none of that was even broke before i took it to him, then after trying to contact him he blocks me, then i see him driving and asked why he blocked me and wont make it right he reaches like he has a gun and says he will kill me with my daughter right next to me
2 weeks after buying my car here the brakes went out. Fixed at a discount, but they shouldn't have gone out like that. Asked about checking out a rattle, they said they would. Didn't. Had been told about a guy they know that makes keys.. asked for the number. Nothing. Asked again. Nothing. Review would have been a tad better if I could have simply gotten a phone number. As it is, I dont recommend..
Even having bad luck and completly ruining my car. Brian an his team did an incredible job making her new again. So thanks a million to Major Collision for doing such an amazing job.
