First off I apologize for not remembering her name, but the lady that helped us was awesome.. maybe JTT? Anyway this was my 16yo sons first time getting an oil change and she was amazing helping him through the process easily. We take for granted even the normal interaction we have as adults that young people have to learn. With that being said, the team lead by my JTT? Sorry I have a memory problem but they were awesome. 👏 So thank you again. (PS I was in the car and watched this unfold ) 😀
Pedro the manager was a great friendly help today. I haven’t seen him in years and he even gave me his friends and family discount. Great service, everyone here says hello and goodbye. Definitely get your car serviced here!!
Great team that knows exactly what they’re doing, got me in and out in 10 mins or less. Pedro was a super sweet and chill dude. It was great chatting with him, made the time fly by even faster. Definitely coming back here!
Stopped by Valvoline for our first visit and had a great experience. The team was friendly, professional, and worked incredibly quickly. They explained what they were doing, didn’t pressure us into anything extra, and had us in and out faster than expected. Really appreciated the good service.. we’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!
I was very pleased with my experience at Valvoline as all the staff were happy to help me and assist me with everything. They explained everything very clearly when I was confused and didn’t judge me when I had questions. One team member stood out in particular- Jayde. She had friendly conversation with me during the oil change and also gave me a list of recommendations that I might need to have done to my vehicle! She was very nice and personable and made me feel comfortable in a place outside of my comfort zone. Usually going to get an oil change is not a fun experience for me as I feel out of place and like I don’t know anything, but the staff welcomed me and helped me. When I left all the staff said goodbye as well. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning. A
