Want to give a shout out to the crew at Shawn’s Auto Service on State street in Bettendorf. Stopped in on Wednesday, set up an appointment for this morning. Had a check engine light on; Vehicle was fixed within 2 hours. Very reasonably priced, i was very impressed. Will be taking more business there.

Dante was great to work with on a recent claim. Communication was clear, everything was handled on time, and the process was smooth from beginning to end. Always good to support small businesses that are reliable, honest, and take pride in the work. Really appreciated the service and follow-through.

We end up purchasing 4 Falken tires for my 2015 canyon GMC pick up truck at a very reasonable price compared to other places that we were finding in town and with that came lifetime balance and rotation. We’ve had the truck out on the highway and in town it’s a 70,000 mile tire very quiet and smooth on the highway a little rougher in town with the bumps. Truly recommend this brand of tire.

Took my SUV in to Shawn’s back in March after Several trips into numerous shops. Constantly coming back to me not fixed.. Shawn’s had my issue diagnosed and fixed in the same day! I was at my wits end when i found Shawn’s auto. First place to treat me like i knew what i was talking about and sure enough they fixed my issue and earned further business! Thank you again guys.
