Malas Motors

I have been going to Bill Malas for years now. He is a honest mechanic. Which unfortunately these days is a hard thing to find. Especially when you are a woman. He Will explains why something has to be done if you ask. I've learned a little bit about cars over the years. He tries to save you money by looking for the parts for you that have to be replaced and for the best price and quality possible. I have compared his prices with others. I have always come out ahead with him. And because he is such a great mechanic. My car runs fantastic. I'm going To drive my car until the wheels fall off thanks to him!. He's honest hard working and has integrity. Thankyou for making my life a little easier.

I left my car there for 4 days, pointed out the possible issues, first asked for an oil change. He informed me that he would call me by the end of the day, 3 days passed, I sent a message, no response, I called during the day and received a call at the end of the day. He told me that he hasn't had time to look at the car yet but that he would look and get back to me in an hour. Guess what happened. Called me at the end of the third day informing what needed to be done, but missing items I asked for. I decided not to do the service because I simply didn't trust the result. I took the car back, after 4 days, to my surprise I was charged 90 dollars for NOTHING having happened to the car. The argument was that he spent time looking at the car and that he works alone and that he is very busy. H

Came here after being referred by another mechanic after we accidentally put windshield wiper fluid where it didn’t belong. He was so polite over the phone, and when we got there, he ran other tests to make sure we flushing out the reservoir was the last thing we did. Checked our car out and didn’t charge us for it, and even explained to us what was going on and what he was doing. As two women who often can feel like we’re being taken advantage of in car shops, Bill did not make us feel that way at all. Thank you so much Bill for your kindness! If we are ever back in Mass and need any kind of car service, you will absolutely be our first call!

Trustworthy! I have had a couple of brake jobs done here. I prefer quality parts he delivers that with professional service. But let me tell why you trust him. I had new tires put on at a national tire chain. Started hearing a bang out of one wheel on braking. He did the brake job 10k miles ago. He says let me take a look. Finds the problem (mistake by the tire chain and shows me why), he fixes it on the spot (20 min of his time) and then says...no charge! Who does that???? this guy ! Class act, give him your business and trust him.

Great mechanic that won't steer you wrong. Always takes care of me and always fair with cost. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
