Manchester Honda Service and Parts Center

Went for a transmission fluid flush, for some reason they left engine oil cap open. Realized later after losing 2 quarts into the engine bay, and garage floor. Thankfully still had a quart and a half left. Leaving 2 stars instead of one since they offered a free oil change and attempted to clean the engine. Still had to go back in with some paper towels after as it wasnt completely cleaned. Maybe if it was completely cleaned I would leave 3... If you go there, double check their work!

I went in for my scheduled service recently and had the pleasure of being assisted by Manny. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and easily one of the best service advisors I’ve interacted with. The service was scheduled for one hour, but he completed everything in just 45 minutes and even made sure my car was properly washed before handing it back. That level of care and efficiency really stood out. I’ve had some bitter experiences in the past, especially at the front office, where interactions weren’t always pleasant. So when I come across someone who truly delivers excellent service, I believe it deserves to be recognized.

I called and asked what the price was for a replacement donut tire. Sawit informed me that they don’t keep them in stock and I should go get a spare or new tire from a local tire place. I declined and again asked for the price of a donut. He again told me it was something that had to be ordered and again I said that’s fine. He then started rambling about something else so I hung up. I called back, asked for manager, but got the same clown. Instead of answering my question, he again explains what a donut is and again tells me AGAIN it has to be ordered while still not giving me the price! I really don’t understand what was so hard about answering my question nor what was so funny. Unfortunately I don’t have a recording of the first call but I’m sure Honda can pull it up since their line

I do not recommend bringing your money here. Whether it be purchasing a car or going in for service. Their service advisor Manny is very unprofessional and hung up the phone because I challenged their ability to diagnose my 2021 Honda Accord. I would never purchase a car from here ever again and I do not recommend anyone buying a car from this place. Their customer service skills are non-existent, and it is really disappointing that a car less than 5 years old is having all these issues when Honda's have great reputation when it comes to reliability. Do yourself a favor and get a Toyota and do not bring your business here. I should have checked the reviews before bringing my car here. I went for a recall for my passport so I told them to change the oil because I had to wait 4 weeks to get an appointment. When I picked up the vehicle the oil was not changed. I asked why. They insisted that it wasn't due.Great. What ever happened to customer service. On my way home from Manchester Honda the maintenance signal came on and quess what,oil change is due. So now they don't have any appointments for 6 weeks. Don't know how they stay in business.
