very friendly and worked to address my warranty issue. Explanations were very clear and thorough answering any questions I had. Service writer Eric was very friendly and professional. Master Tech did a good job getting the repair made. Even with the shop missing Technicians they were able to get my repair made in a timely fashion.

HORRIBLE service experience. Took my Buick Enclave in for a recall fix and asked them to complete an oil change while it was there (normally would’ve had it done elsewhere but since I was going to be down my vehicle for the day anyway….). Jennifer called me with recommendations (filters and rotation). I explained that my car is a piece of crap and at this point I’m not investing any unnecessary money into it because it’s just going to die. It’s in the shop constantly and I’m trying to avoid spending money (clearly conveying price is important). I then ask, how much is just the oil change versus the oil change and filters. She says “the oil change is $99 and the filters are $60”. I get notified my car is ready, call in to pay so I can get it after work, and I’m told the total is ~$260. When

We had such an amazing experience buying our new 2025 Acadia from Mangino Buick GMC! We worked with John, and he was seriously the best — so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, and truly took the time to make sure we found exactly what we needed for our family. Patty and Ralph were also wonderful — they checked in on us, were so genuine, and always remembered our son’s name. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and kind, especially with a busy toddler running around the showroom. We’re expecting another baby in a few months, and this car feels like such a perfect fit for this next chapter. The whole experience just felt special. Mangino truly treats you like family, and we couldn’t be happier with our new Acadia or the amazing people who helped us get it!

I always get great service at Mangino dealerships. I dropped of my vehicle for transmission and coolant flush on a 2010 Avalanche with 260K miles on her that I intend to keep forever. So on a service that is risky I only trusted you guys to do it. Last Summer my BF who usually goes to another Chevy dealer need AC repair on his Equinox and they told him it would take weeks to get it in during the heat wave we had. Mangino went above and beyond was able to get him in next day in Amsterdam which was great for us as we were going to Syracuse for football camp. We were able to pick it up on the way back and the repair was flawless.

5 Stars is all I'm able to rate. If there were more I would always rate the most. My experience with the service dept in B. Spa. Was very positive. I dealt with Mike and found that he is very honest and knowledgeable. Going forward when I'm in need of vehicle service of any type. Manginos is the place for me. I would recommend them to anyone.
