The best body shop in Portland!! I’m car dealer and I’ve used them for multiple repairs the last few months. They repaired my cars fast and on time and the result is fabulous, high quality work and always fair with pricing. Great customer service and staff! They got my trust especially because of Ryan Conger, who is amazing to work with. A professional advisor, great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this company and I’ll definitely use them for any future body work on all my vehicles!!

Manheim Portland Auto Body & Detail's facility and work completely exceeded my expectations. As someone who has had many car details, I was blown away by the service and expertise of this company. From the initial appointment setup, to the drop off, to the car return, each staff member was kind, efficient, professional, prompt, and paid extremely close attention to my questions/needs. Our Lexus was hit in the front bumper so I took it to Manheim to have the front bumper replaced and painted to match up. They did an excellent job! There is no difference in paint color of the bumper and the vehicle. I highly recommend using Manheim as a body repair shop because their prices are extremely reasonable, work is exceptional and the staff are personable and very helpful! I am now a Manheim fan, all my repairs will be done there. Ask for Charlie and you cannot go wrong.

My car is still not driving right. I am also aware of the warning at the bottom of their service form. Basically it states you are to remove all your items from the car. Which I did. I just didn't think I would have to take off my steering wheel cover or the cell phone holder attached to my dash. Small ticket, but disappointing to me. Apparently, someone wanted these things more than I did. The diagnostic I received has not even been addressed.

These folks do great work, and had no problem accommodating my schedule. It's quite possible they helped send out the cleanest, shiniest Bandago Van Rental in our history!
