Mankato Volkswagen Service Department

The main complaint would be with communication during the whole process and the fact that the car was in for the whole week and we had no access to a loaner vehicle. The only thing I can compare to is Luther Honda (where we have our Pilot serviced). From the time we drive in there until we leave, we feel valued and appreciated. They had a loaner vehicle for us to use for 5 days with our last repair. We understand that timelines for repair are suspect to deliveries and other factors. However, my wife felt dismissed and not valued as a customer in the process.

I was able to get my vehicle into the service department to check the oil usage and low tire pressure alarm . They were extremely helpful and provided me a shuttle to and from work.

Service guys are fast and so is service. Too bad other dealers don't have the same. When I bring my bug or 23 tea in I'm treated like a customer should be treated all the way to the end where I'm accompanied out to my car by the service manager who watches me until I leave. What more can you ask for??????

Very efficient appointment; they did an excellent job with communication and ultimately getting the car fixed! Very happy with the service.

Everyone is always so friendly and understanding! As far as service goes, we have always had outstanding service and I rarely have to wait longer than the projected wait time.
