I had a disappointing experience at this shop. I went in for a brake pad replacement, and at no point was I informed that a brake sensor was also needed. After the brake pads were replaced, they suddenly told me I needed the sensor—then tried to charge me double just to install it after the fact! This kind of upselling and lack of transparency is unacceptable. If they had told me upfront, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Customers deserve honesty and fair pricing, not surprise charges after the work is already done. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

Whatever you do, do not schedule an inspection here. Look at the previous reviews if you need more evidence. I failed my first inspection, which I understand because the old car needed some repairs. Where this company completely failed me is for the following. I called Monday and was told to bring the car at 3pm on Friday. I called Friday twice in the morning to confirm, no answer. I call again as I’m driving to them and finally get an answer. I evidently was completely forgotten about since I was told to bring the car at 4:30pm. I’m there at 4:30 on the dot and for some reason had two cars taken before me. It is now 5:15pm when the inspector comes to me. Came in today to do an inspection for my new 2018 Chevy. Got the money before he started inspecting it and came back 5 mins after and he told me my car was going to fail inspection. Was really confused and thought he was joking. He said my tires were bad I told him how? They’re only a year old and still have tread life for at least another year and aren’t even bald. He gave me attitude because I questioned him about my tires being good. I take good care of my car and get regular maintenance done every 6 months on it so I know there’s no way in hell he said my car would fail inspection. I can tell he was angry I figured it was because after the holidays were over but, if you can’t handle running an auto shop than maybe find a different gig. Cruz scammed me with my vehicle back in February took him a month & half to find the issue with my car & charged me an arm & leg on top of that. I recently took it back there because It is closer to where I live & he only wanted cash for the supposed service I needed (which was a lie) & wanted to charge me $420 of labor. Cruz is unprofessional & dishonest. He only wanted cash even tho I know they accept debit & credit cards. When I refused the work on my car because he couldn't give me a clear explanation of what was wrong with my car. He then charge me $80 for a diagnosis that was inaccurate! He never showed me proof of a breakdown of what is actually going on with my car. He is taking advantage of people especially women! Do not waste your time or money! Do not go here!

I have been calling to schedule an inspection and Sebastian never called me back . I called the shop whoever answered was rude and knew nothing but did he attempt to find out. So disappointing. I had breaks out in my daughter’s car they were squeaky went back they tried to charge me again. I said no we paid for the breaks Sebastian then says I have to pay gif labor. You guys messed up! SMH
