Finding out my Toyota FJ Cruiser needed to have its timing chain components replaced was a bit stressful knowing the cost, labor, and experience required but Victor at Manuel’s Auto Repair was very reassuring. I had diagnosed the problem myself before giving them a call but he took the time to talk it over, figure out the diagnosis, explained what needed to be done, and was very honest. An 18 hour job sounds daunting to anyone who isn’t mechanically included but this shop handled it like pros. Additionally, I asked them to replace the water pump, thermostat, serpentine belt, and radiator. Crazy, right? After picking it up I drove it straight to the mountains and it handled the incline like butter! Acceleration was smooth, throttle was responsive, and the VVTi was running like a champ.

Victor is a professional! I have a 2013 Hyundai Veloster and he’s helped me fix my steering wheel coupler, trunk button, front bumper lip, and now my crankshaft position sensor. All jobs were done swiftly and for a good rate for someone in college. I would like to see this shop grow and have more space for parking. Overall, I’m very happy with this shop.

They do a good job and honor and guarantee their job. Prices are reasonable. Good people

BEWARE!!! This so called mechanic replaced Aluminum Engine Oil Cooler and Oil Filter Housing on my 2013 Chrysler town and Country Van on 3/13/23. Ever since I picked it up the Oil Light and Check engine light has come on. After changing the oil the same thing persists. I would never advise anyone to use this so called mechanic that has cost me several hundred dollars after he worked on my car.
