Maple Park Village

Maple Park Village is the top notch for long term care. My father-in-law spent his last 2 years in this place and the care and compassion our family was given in that period was amazing. The whole staff had respectfully taken care of him. I appreciate that my father-in-law had always been given the thorough care and love by the Maple Park Village nurses, aids and the social workers. Our family are forever grateful for the love and respect they show to my father-in-law. God bless you.

No facility is perfect. If you are unsure which facility to select, I would recommend taking the time to speak to Tony and consider the years of experience of the management team versus other options/facilities. Maple Park Village provided the best scenario in a difficult time, with short notice, making every attempt to be honest, direct and accommodating. I felt as if we were welcomed into their home. Communication was open, questions were answered and potential issues were seriously addressed.

Wonderful nursing, therapy and cafeteria staff. Food was very good. I was in for rehabilitation and my roommate had dementia. She could not remember how to ring her buzzed so she yelled many times during the day and night as did another gentleman, down the hall. I had to come home to finally be able to sleep and rest. I am probably going to have to have an additional surgery and there is no way I will come back to Maple Park. I was very disappointed after only two hours of sleep per night they would not move me to another room.

During my mom's time at Maple Park, she was treated with respect. All the therapists were overwhelmingly professional. Nurses were compassionate and loving. I appreciate all the help from staff, answering questions, helping with paperwork, and just taking time to talk to like a friend.

I found it necessary to seek help for my husband when his balance got so bad he kept falling. After looking into several facilities, I chose Maple Park Village. From the moment I checked my husband into Maple Park Village I knew I had made the right decision. The staff was very attentive and caring, he loved the food, and he immediately found friends to eat with, talk to, and attend the activities with. As his health deteriorated the staff was there for him, as well as me, supporting us along his journey. And at the end of his journey, they supported his family too! We were comforted by the staff’s support and caring attitude. You could see the care, even as they started preparing his body after he passed.
