I recently brought my car to Marcks Motors for paint work, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The paint came out absolutely flawless. You would have never known that there were issues before. The finish looks brand new. Sam was awesome to work with. He communicated clearly, gave me updates throughout the process and set realistic expectations for the timeline. The entire team was friendly and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the work they do. They also provided transportation for me to and from the shop, which made the whole process easier. A lot of complications came up on my insurance’s part. Sam did an amazing job with being patient with the insurance, me, and the whole process. The receptionist was soooo kind and even offered me help when I was stranded out of the kindness of her Heart. This place has amazing people. I would come back.

Sam and the team are wonderful! I had so many issues with State Farm making it nearly impossible to get repairs for my jeep after an accident last year and Sam took care of everything! He stayed on top of State Farm and made sure every and every bit of damage was accounted. He made what was an incredibly difficult situation easy and stress free as he and the team took care of my vehicle.
