Mark G's Auto Machine

BEWARE: I dropped off my Ford 302 bare block with Mark G’s Auto Machine in February. I left a money deposit and it was agreed he would do all machine work in house and assemble the engine to a 331 stroker with all brand new parts I provided. I visited the shop every 2 weeks and zero progress was made. “Next week I’ll start it” was often said to me. Six months later I asked for my parts and engine alongside my deposit refund. Not surprised he did NOT have my deposit money and did NOT have my engine at his shop. Luckily, my parts were at his shop and I recovered them immediately. I was told My engine was at a remote machine shop in San Antonio and he would get it back to his shop asap which he never did. Took a crankshaft in for polishing. This shops service was great, the price was reasonable, and with a fast turn around.

I needed a piece bored, Mark G's bored it I needed a piece cut MARK G's cut it I had a piece stuck .... mark G unstuck it. Friendly Funny Fair This machine shop was referred by a local mechanic shop that couldn't help me. I felt it was good karma. I'll be back

Mark took care of me when I showed up with a plumbing job! I just needed some flanges reamed out for my plumber to finish his work, and Mark did it for me on the same day, within a couple of hours. Thank you!

Three week job took five weeks and he didn't even complete what we talked about. When I went to pick up and pay for my engine Mark was not there. The employee that I was trying to pay became hostile to the point I had to call the police just to be able to give them the payment and take possession of my engine.
