Great experience and atmosphere! While waiting for my car to be serviced, we were offered popcorn and water. Our advisor Evan has been kind and helpful every time we have come.

Worst service ever… technician are so unprofessional… They do not meet the delivery times… only excuses and let’s see if they “fixed” my car or I just lose money and time… if you can do it by yourself better Don’t come here

Brought my Tacoma in to get serviced for a coolant leak. They missed the coolant leak and quoted me almost $5k to reseal an “oil leak”. Took it to another shop and they said there was no oil leak, found the coolant leak right away. It was a loose coupling. They tightened it for me free of charge. Will not be coming back to McLarty Toyota, and I would urge avoiding them at all costs!

They got me right in and did my 5000 mile maintenance. I also had a recall notice that I got in the mail. They did the required maintenance, plus they did a complimentary oil change. They checked out my recall and found my truck was properly welded and assembled. Everyone is easy to talk to. And they have a modern, comfortable row of chairs and a big coffee machine. It was a good experience that I was not expecting.

I would like to take this time to thank Mr. Glenn Zumbaum for the world-class service he delivered to me yesterday. The differentiator was his willingness to listen, and then discuss my needs and concerns relative to my beloved Tacoma. Glenn also spoke with me about my schedule options for a recall repair. It is so nice to take my vehicle into McLarty Toyota Service and have excellent people like Glenn receive and handle me. I will return with the same smile I left with. Job well done Glenn!
