Their pricing is fair, their employees are friendly and respectful, and they are efficient and available so we don't have to be without a car for any longer than necessary. We will continue trusting Mark's for our oil changes, car repairs and maintenance for years to come.

Honesty and integrity are highly regarded at Mark's Japanese European Auto. I've experienced poorly managed automotive repair businesses in the past and I am truly relieved to be doing business at Mark's. I never hesitate to book an appointment with them and always find it to be a positive experience.

I wanted to write a rave review for this shop, but I wanted to first confirm that their work held up. Had them replace the engine on my older SUV with a JDM, which wasn’t cheap. One year later the engine is leaking oil pretty bad. I called this Bellevue location and got a message that it is now closed. So another mechanic shop diagnosed the issue noting that many of the important gaskets and seals have failed in and around the engine, resulting in an expensive quote to fix (I didn’t mention this work). I’m pretty disappointed in Mark’s Japanese Auto.

Great experience. My 2013 Subaru Crosstrek has known issues with the CVT transmission. Mark correctly diagnosed it, and explained the economics of why I should replace the "brains" of the transmission, but not the entire thing. Entire job was done on time and his estimate was accurate. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you Mark!

Mark was incredibly helpful on the phone and in person and he diagnosed and fixed our problem in one day - for way less than the dealership had quoted us. He also fixed three small issues I had with my car and spent time to give me advice on several other questions I had. Anyone who is given a negative review here, in particular one person who did a one star review, did not experience the amazing customers support I did today. Their loss. As for me, I’m now a diehard Customer of Mark’s!
