Very aggressive flatbed driver. Driving less than a car length behind cars flowing with traffic. That is dangerous and irresponsible. As a semi driver and former instructor, this behavior is part of what gives our industry a bad name. They know better and should be much more professional. They represent your company and you should be ashamed.

Guy on phone- "You're going to need to sit and wait 45 mins because I don't feel like collecting payment over the phone" Called another company and got it taken care of correctly and immediately from a quick phone call and cc over the phone. Got it done for $65 less too🤣 I didn't even care about price. Charging a premium is fine, but the service needs to reflect it.

Hunter is amazing at his job. He got to us very fast and tried to fix our issues and once we couldn’t get it fixed he loaded up the car super quick and he was very easy to talk to compared to our past experiences with other companies. He rocks at his job and saved us an uber ride fee home. We greatly appreciate him!

10000% recommend. Had never used their services before, but I had gotten into an accident and needed to get my car towed to a Caliber. Draven was super helpful despite how frazzled and inexperienced I was with these types of things. The guy deserves a huge raise for his patience and kindness!!
