Great service! Cut to the point unlike the regular beat around the bush type of people at dealerships. Honestly I’ve been to multiple dealerships trying to get a car I felt proud of and happy to actually be paying on. They were the only ones able to actually work with me and get me where I wanted. Was at a 20.5% interest rate with my previous car which got moved to a 9% interest rate with a vehicle I actually liked. Brad Doty helped me while I was there and was professional and got me where I wanted without the regular sells tactics I’ve seen at dealerships and cut to the point. Was a great buying experience. Cameron was my salesman. He was friendly and helpful. I got the deal I wanted on a 2026 Maverick Hybrid. Financing was also great as well. I would recommend if your are in the market for a vehicle. I've bought from another Ford dealership in Chattanooga in the past and Mize was a much better experience.
