Marshall Auto Body not only does amazing work but their customer service is top notch. I have had the (unfortunate) fortunate experience of working with them on a couple occasions when my car was in a small collision. They make the drop off easy with having the rental company there for me at drop off. Pick-up and return of rental was just as easy. This particular last time they truly went above and beyond when the insured company’s insurance company approved the work and then decided they were not going to pay after the work was completed. They then took steps to contact the insured parties insurance to get them to pay.

Acura dealership sent me to Marshall for an uncommon request. I don't want to reveal what exactly it was so they don't get this request continuously but it needs to be told. I requested this and they jumped on it and fulfilled my request within 10 minutes without issue. Definitely my go to body repair shop. Hands down.

My experience of Marshall Auto Body was one of care and premium quality. Their process is extremely well-tuned, allowing them to give me an accurate time table for the repair (which they pulled in by a day when I expressed a need). Communication was above average and I was able to keep track of the repair (including photos) throughout the whole process via their customer portal. I felt that they cared about providing an exceptional experience and they completely delivered. The quality of the repair was perfect and my car was returned to me detailed inside and out.
