I’ve found my go-to dealership! I have purchased two vehicles since discovering this little gem in Crystal Lake and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I worked with Adam both times, he is fantastic, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. The whole process was transparent, and the entire team made me feel like part of the family. I won’t buy a vehicle anywhere else!

The service advisors here are decent people. They aren't pushy like other shops. Ralph has been exceptional in our experiences. However, the service manager (Mr. Hill) & his son have caused a lot of issues during our visits. Examples: my wife had an oil change scheduled at 7:30 a.m. & sat in the waiting room until 12:30 p.m. Another example: after an oil change, we noticed a dent in the door. Possibly from the tech opening the door & accidentally banging it into the lift. We brought this to Mr Hill's attention to which he stated he'd check the cameras & get back to us. Well, Mr. Hill never got back to us. All we expected was a simple apology. If it wasn't for the free oil changes, we wouldn't go there anymore. In Fact, we stopped taking our other vehicle here. I don't want to slam a dealer

Bought my 2022 end of 2021. Best experienced start to finish. Love free oil changes and car washes. Everyone at Martin Chevrolet very nice and helful.

Yesterday we bought a Chevy Colorado from Martin. And the salesman name Luke. He works so hard for us made sure everything was right The car had a little problem Luke and his manager made sure we was taking care of. They fixed the problem they bought us lunch. So if you need you a new car or truck all you have to do is go to Martin's and they will take care of you.
