I went to Martin’s to get a quote on a PDR and see how soon they could get me in. Tony told me upfront how much a PDR would be for the area, and also told me it could either come out perfect, or not come out good at all. I dropped my car off the following Monday, he called that afternoon and told me the PDR wasn’t going good and would have to do more work (which I was completely fine with because he had already told me a price and I knew the risk considering where it was located) the very next day, my car was done and it was PERFECT! You can’t even tell it ever had a dent in it. And on top of that, they shined it up real nice for it! Martins will always have my business!

I brought my car in Friday for estimate for a damaged fender. The parts were ordered on Friday and came in Monday! So I brought my car into the shop Monday afternoon. Everyone is very friendly and the building, office and parking lot are exceptionally clean. I am very confident the work done will be as excellent as they have extended so far. I picked up my car today! (Thursday! ) looks perfect. Can't say enough how satisfied with everything at Martin's!

The crew at Martin’s is the best! The paint match on my pearl white Honda was perfect after a bumper replacement. Super easy to work with and a washed car to top everything off. 10/10 work!

One of the best decisions I've made was to take my car for repair at Martin's Auto Body in Madisonville. I had to pick up my car on the weekend (with my extra key) because I was traveling while my car got repaired. The paint job is excellent, customer service is efficient and my car was returned sparkling clean inside and out. I was totally expecting to have to get the car detailed after spending a week at a repair shop. Martin's went above and beyond my expectations. They deserve 5 stars and more.
