maybe want to answer phone with "Napa auto parts".... instead of a SUPER FAST. "HOLD" and putting me right on hold without any response.... I know they can be busy... I worked a parts store before.... just seemed a little unprofessional...
Very knowledgeable, clean, fair prices. My experience was good, and bad. Bad part was I was trying to do things wrong way. Good part they told me the correct way of doing things.
Love this place. The guys are always super helpful, and it's convenient right up road from my house. Don't mind paying a Lil more for convenience and service.
Great place to get your parts. Very knowledgeable and quick to help. Hard to find parts for your projects. Custom mixed paints and supplies also available. Make this your first stop and you won't need to make it your second.
Nap is the greatest place to get all your mechanical needs especially lawn mower exhaust mufflers tried several different places but when I walked into Napa I had it ordered that day and received it within the next 2 days
