Tellico auto care in madisonville is awful. Gave my mom a quote of $400. Had her car from Monday night and didn't get it back until Wednesday afternoon. He charged her $150 more than quoted then said her check engine light was on. It wasn't on before she went to him. He then tried to charge her $125 more dollars for whatever code was making the engine light came on. We told him no. My fiance just got to hook it up to our code reader and they broke a clip and put a little zip tie on it

I’ve taken several of my vehicles here. They’ve done excellent work every time. Roger is honest, fair, and doesn’t high upcharge for parts. I appreciate him very much, and don’t mind driving from Maryville. Couldn’t recommend enough, and am very glad to give this review

I’ve brought my car there a few times once for tie rod ends in and out took about an hour. Another time I had a vibration in the front end while braking but I had just put rotors on myself six months prior so I figured it was something else, but it ended up being the cheap rotors I bought had already warped causing the vibration he turned them down and it was good to go he could have made something up and charged a bunch of money. Seems to be an honest garage.

Amazing!!! Car was in "limp Mode" couldn't go over 25mph,they diagnosed my problem,fixed it perfectly and had me up and running in no time for a reasonable price,best auto repair experience i ever had,I highly recommend using them
