Maserati of Raleigh Service Department

My Alfa Romeo Guilia was in for an oil change, checking some codes, and a recall was also suggested. The dealership then completed the 60K maintenance that I did not authorize. They then presented me with a $1300 bill for that work. I'm not disputing that it was close to 60K and the work should be considered. But in the portal as well as in communication with service advisor I only asked for the oil change. The service department isn't open on Saturdays but I'd made prior arrangement with the service advisor early in the morning on Friday for my keys to be left with the sales manager. By 4pm I still hadn't gotten feedback that my oil change was complete or a bill for it. We got the bill at 4:52pm and were told if we didn't pay it by 5pm they would not release the car, holding it hos

I was quoted $352.00 for an oil service. When I got there that number swelled to $521.00 , they said it was an mis quote. Then they came back with $400.00 of additional recommendations which I turned down. When I questioned how a quoted $352.00 oil change could morph into a 921.00 event she looked at me very condescendingly and “this is a Maserati “ she then interrupted me on my cell phone to further irritate me be use I questioned the additional cost. I will not be returning to this place. They did not honor their quote plus the rudeness of the front lady was over the top! Please! If you get a quote from these folks make sure you get it in writing. Will be checking out Johnson in Cary for the next service.
